Verifying that the QLogic Driver is Installed

! On the Windows server, launch the Computer Management program,

click Device Manager, and make sure that the QLogic Fibre Channel

Adapter is listed.

Determining the Fibre Ports of the HBA

1 To launch the QLogic SANsurfer utility click Start > Programs >

QLogic Management Suite > SANsurfer.

2 In the left pane, click the FC HBA tab, and then click Connect.
