The following diagram depicts the storage-area network (SAN)
infrastructure used. To develop this document, Overland used a Windows
Server 2003 with a QLogic QLA2342L HBA, a Fibre Channel (FC)-
enabled REO 9000 configured with a virtual tape-library (VTL) and two
standalone devices (disk and virtual tape) and a NEO 2000 with a single
HP Ultrium-2 drive. The NEO 2000 is equipped with a SCSI-to-Fibre
Bridge Fibre Channel Option (FCO). All FC components are attached to
separate ports on a QLogic SANbox 2-64 fabric switch. Overland used the
QLogic SANsurfer utility to manage the HBA and the fabric switch.
