5 – Using QLview for Fibre Monitoring the Connections

To change the polling rate, follow these steps:

1. Select Options & Help>>Options from the QLview for Fibre main

window. The Options window displays (see figure 5-12):

This window displays the Machine list as a reference.

2. In the Interval field, type a polling interval value or use the up and down

arrows to select a value.

3. Click Save.

Disabling Warning Messages

You can disable warning messages that display in the Diagnostics and Utilities

page when you click the Loopback/Read-Write Buffer Test button. Do the

following:

1. Select Options & Help>>Options from the QLview for Fibre main

window. The Options window displays (see figure 5-12).

2. To stop warning messages from displaying, select Disable Warning

Messages for Diagnostics.

3. Click Save.
